PIERRE, S.D. – The Department of Labor and Regulation’s (DLR) SDWORKS jobs database, along with the virtual labor market information (LMI) system, has been out-of-service since Sunday due to outages the external vendor is experiencing.

This outage does not affect the reemployment assistance program. Claimants may continue to file claims, request weekly payments and receive weekly benefits if eligible.

Job seekers are encouraged to contact their local Job Service offices for assistance or visit third-party job sites for employment opportunities until the site is restored. Those needing LMI may call the Labor Market Information Center at 605-626-2314 with requests.

Status updates for the SDWORKS and virtual LMI systems will be posted on sdjobs.org and on @SouthDakotaDLR social media accounts.
