DANR has partnered with the SDSU Extension and Dakota Rural Action to offer mini-grants totaling $80,000 to help school districts offer local and fresh foods.
A free webinar will be offered on February 23 at 2:30 p.m. to provide information about the grant, explain resources to assist applicants and provide examples of similar programming.

Each district can receive up to $5,000 for garden supplies, kitchen equipment, local food purchases, and more!
