A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was sent to the South Dakota State Board of Education on December 10, 2024. The request, issued by us at Rushmore State News, sought details about the instructional mandates for state K-12 schools in South Dakota.
The specifics of the request included a comprehensive list of all required courses and general instruction mandates for state K-12 schools. This is part of our ongoing commitment to provide comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs.
