Several South Dakota Lottery players claimed prizes of $1,000 or more during the week of August 29 to September 4.
The largest prize reported was $93,242 from a Dakota Cash ticket sold at Common Cents Food Store on Mount Rushmore Road in Rapid City. A Powerball player won $50,000 with a ticket purchased at Stone’s Truck Stop in Watertown.
Other notable wins included a $70,000 Gold Rush ticket bought at Cat’s Corner Convenience in Castlewood and a $25,000 Gold Rush ticket from King’s Mart – East in Sioux Falls. Additional winners were reported for Mega Millions and Joker’s Wild games. The Mega Millions winner purchased their $2,000 ticket at Miller Liquor INC. in North Sioux City. The Joker’s Wild prize of $1,000 came from Jet Truck Plaza 6641 in Beresford. A Crossword X winner also claimed a prize at Kum & Go #631 in Sioux Falls.
