Due to a system error, the South Dakota Lottery has temporarily suspended sales of the Lucky for Life game. The issue involves tickets displaying an incorrect end date. Despite this problem, all existing Lucky for Life tickets with pending draws remain valid.

The South Dakota Lottery is collaborating with its systems vendor to resolve the issue. They clarified that players can only purchase up to nine advanced Lucky for Life draws.

Other lotto games and scratch tickets offered by the South Dakota Lottery are not impacted by this error. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
